Akhil Diwana, News Editor
Akhil Diwana, a member of the Class Of 2025 at Enochs High School, is the News Editor of The Eagle Eye website. Akhil plans to attend college after graduating high school and is committed to furthering their education in astrophysics, computer science, and math. He hopes to one day work for NASA and be deeply involved in cutting-edge space research. His favorite class is math, specifically calculus, because it reads like a beautiful language to solve seemingly complex mysteries.
Akhil grew up obsessed with brain teasers, word puzzles, and strategy mobile games. Akhil spends a lot of his free time listening to abstract genres of music, reviewing new releases, and ranking his favorite albums. He participates in multiple STEM clubs at school and founded the Astronomy Club. He loves being a loyal friend who enjoys making others laugh, doing abstract photography with anything he can find, and making pixel art that reflects a variety of his interests.
What Akhil loves about journalism: “I love being able to report on moments in our school and world in impressive articles while practicing my writing skills.”
What Akhil loves about Enochs High School: “I love the diversity here at Enochs. I have met so many amazing people with different backgrounds, hobbies, and skills. I am influenced by a variety of students that I have had the pleasure to meet at Enochs, and I am glad that I can express my unique interests with their support.”
