Jocelyn Rivas, Entertainment Editor
Jocelyn Rivas, a member of the Enochs High School class of 2025, is serving as an Entertainment Editor of The Eagle Eye website. Jocelyn plans on attending college and majoring in Psychology, hopefully becoming a social worker. She hopes to travel around the world and eventually start a family of her own. Jocelyn enjoys reading novels to unwind at the end of the day, and she also enjoys writing, listening to music, and hanging out with her friends and family. She has been a part of the FFA program at Enochs High School for 4 years, and she enjoys being involved in school activities. She loves to be active by going on hikes and by swimming.
What Jocelyn loves about journalism: “I love how journalism gives me the power to educate and inform the student body about current events and global issues, and to bring stories to life by shaping narratives. By informing the public about important topics, we are fostering growth for a well educated society and making a difference in the lives of readers, as well as offering them a space to be entertained and informed.”
What Jocelyn loves about Enochs: “One thing I love about Enochs High School is the overall diversity and community at Enochs. I love the vast variety of clubs for different interests, which provides opportunities to meet new people who have similar interests. I love the spirit and energy of the student body, and their eagerness to learn and succeed.”
